Contact us and we’ll arrange a meeting and inspection of the existing facilities to understand all the needs. If it is an existing land property then we can analyse the location, necessary utilities (their availability) and construction possibilities/restrictions.
Choose the design and equipment most suitable for you. We will advise you on how to place the building in the selected property according to the utilities (construction of external engineering networks: sewerage, water and electricity) and cardinal points. You will receive a detailed offer for technical and additional equipment for the house.
Entrust us with the care of the entire construction process and documentation We will issue the project data, which will have to be submitted to the Construction Board. Although the process of coordination differs in each municipality. On average, obtaining a building permit takes 3–6 months. It is most convenient to involve an architect who will help with the coordination of the house at the Construction Board. Our architects develop visualisations for the location of the building on the given plot of land, a situation plan and an explanatory description.
When all the required construction permits are received, we start construction. Construction work is carried out by a certified builder, ensuring that the work is completed in the highest quality, and in compliance with all applicable construction regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
When the construction process is completed, we will arrange the house and the area to the chosen finishing level, which we have agreed on.
The new house is completely ready for living. We hand over the keys to the house and all relevant documentation to the new owner for use.
